Shipping Policy
Our orders are shipped on business days (Monday - Friday) and not on national holidays. Any order placed on Friday after 4:00 pm Eastern Standard Time will be dispatched the following Monday.

You can track your order status by clicking here. (Log in with your email address and the password you were given in the confirmation email you received from us).
Refund Policy:
We issue refunds to customers who did not receive their orders and choose a refund instead of reshipment. If, for any reason, packages do not reach customers, or should customers be dissatisfied with their orders, a reshipment OR refund of the order will be issued. Unfortunately, FDA regulations prohibit us from accepting returned medication. A full refund may also be requested in the event of non-receipt.
